B12 comes from bacteria. In the old days when we ate food from the dirt, we used to also consume these bacteria. Today, omnivores get their B12 from eating animals which have the bacteria living in the lining of their stomach.
For vegans, we need to go to the bacteria directly. Our B12 takes the methylcobalamin form and is from the Pseudomonas-non-azote bacteria.
The manufacturing of our B12 takes place in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility within the United States and is third-party tested for purity.
